This dish is probably one of the first dish I ever ate in Italy. Pesto originates from Genoa and consists of fresh basil, crushed garlic, pine nuts, salt, Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil.
Our farfalle (meaning ‘butterflies’) are handmade in our kitchen with our fresh egg pasta dough. (If you would like our tagliatelle instead, please specify in the order notes section when you order).
On arrival, all products must be refrigerated and eaten with 2 days.
