This is a twist on our beautiful tomato sauce. Our arrabbiata contains a touch of peperoncino (Italian chilli flakes). Our sauce is cooked for 1-2 hours to get the rich, fresh tomato flavour, and then we add a pinch of chilli at the end.
Traditionally, tagliatelle is from the regions of Emilia-Romagna and Marche in Italy. The name comes from the Italian verb ‘tagliare’, meaning ‘to cut’
Our arrabbiata sauce consists of Italian tomatoes, simmered for a long time with a simple blend of herbs and seasonings for a perfect yet simple flavour. We then add chilli at the end for a perfect kick!
